EXTENTION OF LEASE

Page 14 Art 5.1 Subject to Article 2.9, within ten (10)

regard, shall lease the land to SPV

through the execution and registration

of a lease deed ("Lease Deed") for a

term of ninety-nine (99) years for the

purpose of developing the same under

the development plan
